RETURN POLICY

Return Policy
Thank you again for your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund (30 days in total from the date of processing). You may return any eligible product (as defined below) purchased on ishop.cool in accordance with the terms below:
A return authorization must be approved within 30 days from the date of delivery. You must email us at ishopcool-shop@support.fourthwall.com to request and receive a refund which must include your receipt and a photo of the product you want to return.
How to Process a Return
1) Please email ishopcool-shop@support.fourthwall.com.
2) Please include your emailed purchase receipt and a photo of the product you want to return in your email.
3) We will message you with an approval or non-approval of your return.
4) Upon approval, please package up your item, include a copy of your receipt, and mail the item back to us at: Savvy Digital LLC (iShop.cool), 4262 Blue Diamond Road, #150, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89139.
Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable. Discounted or promo amounts are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must pay all shipping charges for items you return. You assume the risk of loss, damage, or stolen items when returning product(s) while in transit back to ishop.cool.
If you return product to ishop.cool without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, ishop.cool retains the right to refuse acceptance of such return.
If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, ishop.cool retains the right to refuse a refund.

Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, and we will inform you of this case, if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank account or your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. A refund is posted according to the rules of your credit card institution or bank.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Please note, at this time, that we cannot accept exchanges.
